FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I book an artist, and what are their prices?
Each artist runs their own business, so you'll need to visit our Artists page, find the artist you're interested in, and contact them directly through their booking link. Prices and schedules vary by artist, so be sure to check with them individually. We don't have a receptionist, so direct communication with the artist is the best way to book their services.
Is wearing a mask required in the studio?
No, wearing masks is not required at this time, but we do have spare masks available if you'd like to wear one during your appointment.
What if I'm feeling unwell?
For the safety and well-being of everyone, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you're experiencing any symptoms of Covid, flu, or a cold.
What kind of environment can I expect in the studio?
We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all clients, with a zero-tolerance policy for racism, homophobia, transphobia, body shaming, and sexism.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes, our studio is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. However, please note that the sinks have chairs attached.
Are there refreshments available?
We have water available in the studio, and occasionally offer coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic drinks. You're also welcome to bring snacks or order food during long appointments.
Do I need to meet certain hair standards?
